TAP, have sign. stake prev. at .31 and held through the swing. I'm aware of the inherent value of this comp. Wondering if estimates exist as to % potential savings to San Diego/year with the system in place? May have missed a post on this. Given the relative efficiencies of San Diego compared to New York, Chicago etc., I would think that {these} cities could realize even greater savings. Thanks in advance. Take care, patwrk
