But notice insider plan to sell biz.yahoo.com I looked at LVCI but can't justify buying it.I guess the insiders feel this is a high price also, cashing in $ 20 Million. I discovered LVCI too late. My consolation is that I bought VISX in 1995 for $ 12 ( $ 6 on split basis) after meeting Dr. L'Esperance socially. He explained what he had invented. Walter in HK
