My understanding is that the effective float is 600K until January 2000, actual is 1.5 million, but 900K is restricted from trading for one year from the time of the reverse merger with Tedrow Communications in January 99.

I got this info from Steve Smith in IR. I guess that means volume today was higher than the float. <IMOT>
