JDN, I'm not long or short INTC, but I've been a TAVA player, so I've seen you go through the due dilligence. I know you look deep and hard at many things, but please don't think that INTC is invulnerable. INTC can be hurt by competition. Also, the whole PC market is in a world of hurt. Despite upgrades, the market continues to sell off on GTW, HWP, etc. It's one bad news after another. Good luck. mike
