But you have to agree, Ebay will not own the Market.

Plain and simple. There is always room for number 2.

And especially if that number two has a twist, Java interactive client, TV tie-in.

And they have taken on an Auditor with the express goal of filing with the SEC. There is definitely a risk and you have to do your own DD, difficult under the circumstances, but they have a concept that could be tremendously successful.
