I like JFred's idea, too. I was thinking of offering my place, but it doesn't look like there's gonna be a "my place." Turns out the house I wanted did so have a contract on it, and all the agents are laughing at us and telling us it's a seller's market and we better snap up whatever we see at whatever price. No thanks, don't have to move, so not gonna move. But this place is too small. So, Penni's it is. Besides, that way someone else has to clean up afterwards. Although I must admit that I am willing to stay and help wash the dishes.
