<Rockwell supplies 70% of the ISP's modems as well (thru Cisco, Ascend, etc). USRX may have a presence with 70% of the ISP's, but it is a smaller 30% presence once again just like the client modem side.>

If I understand you correctly you had stated ROK supplies 70% of ISP's modems and USR also have a presence w/ 70% of the ISP's modems. Please add the numbers up for me or at least clarify your statement. Thanks.
