First of all, all market indices and most companies are monitoring msg. boards, SI, Yahoo etc, this fact has been reported in the press and on TV many times. Secondly they are looking for just this type of hype. "Financials will be out March 10th or 11th , All numbers met or exceeded expectations ". A company applying for a POSSIBLE listing on a US exchange is given much attention, right down to trading patterns, msg boards etc...
