lance, I just took a look at RNET's trading activities today, also talked to an mm about it.
It seems that, for some reasons, there weren't that many active buyers or sellers in RNET today. A verbatim quote from that mm, "a listless stock in a lackadaisical market"

ISLD is offering RNET at 11/16, away from the inside market, size 45 right now. Absolutely no activities on INCA, REDI, TNTO or any of the ECNs at this hour.
