Lyon Lake Mines appoints board members Lyon Lake Mines Limited LLL Shares issued 43,121,814 Mar 1 close $0.34 Tue 2 Mar 99 News Release Mr. Guy Hebert reports Jerry G. Pogue and Samuel C. Parks have been appointed as directors of the company. Mr. Pogue was recently president, chief executive officer and a director of Palmer Resources Ltd. He has been successful in helping to finance mining ventures for 16 years and is recognized internationally for his analysis of both individual mining projects and companies, as well as the global mining industry. Mr. Pogue has extensive experience as a stockbroker with Seattle-based National Securities Corp. and as senior vice-president of a large United States publishing company. Mr. Parks was a director of Palmer Resources Ltd. and has been a stockbroker for Seattle-based National Securities Corp. for the last seven years. He brings extensive knowledge in mine financings.
