From some of the rumors we've seen in the past, I've had the impression that contingency financing has been available, on fairly short notice. But it's only rumor. I think your timeframe for some kind of event is about right.

As for the ones who filed S3's in september, hmm... did the R&D guys who were promoted to VP's become "insiders" at that point?

I would also think we'll hear an announcement about this Roy Wright within a few days, in which case the stock is likely to get bumped up some again.
