The news has been broadcast, Chad. Let's take a look. Four major points in news release of 2-4-97. 1.) Private placement with M. H. Meyerson. They are a prestigious securities firm located in N.J. employing over 160 people (Look them up on the net as I did). In my opinion, they will keep the stock moving in the right direction as long as Galtech has something to offer and they do. Obviously they will be of major assistance in bringing Galtech to otc small cap listing. 2.) Acquire strategic production equipment. This new equipment will allow Galtech to slice their own boules. Previously they were not going to have that lucrative business. 3.) Signifigant market penetration with CdTe. 4.) Third qtr PROFITABILITY. Neil
