CL Savage4 card at $130 is "estimated STREET price".

If you read the press release carefully you will notice that under "Price and Availability" the $130 is qualified as STREET price. In 3DFX's press release, the $130 price for the V3-2000 is listed as the suggested retail price. It could be that street and retail price are equivalent terms to Creative Labs. But, I'm more inclined to believe that it's marketing spin to make the Creative card look cheaper than the Diamond card which is rumored will carry a suggested retail price of $150.

Also note that the fill rate is listed as 125 Mpixels/second. S3's site states that the chip supports either 125MHz or 143MHz bus speeds. Given that S3 quotes a fill rate of 140 Mpixels/second for the Savage4 on their web site, the CL card appears to use a 125MHz memory bus.
