Raging Bull post. #2970.Scooby: Reading this morning: States that NAVR has no contractual obligation to file for IPO this month. Not until March 2002. See investor package Pg.15. Can or does anyone know about this? Someone on that board was complaining about the "Few Wks" situation and this was the response.
