I am sorry that I was not here to respond to your's and other posts a little earlier, but one has other items to attend to. The "sale" of the 262,000 shares was referenced in my conversation with Miles and he said that it did indeed go through, but the brokerage that sold the stock was in error and had to "eat" the entire transaction.
The PR firm misrepresented their ownership of the shares and this came to the brokers attention days later when the "cert" was returned as invalid. The PR firm was paid, and the brokerage had to come up with the shares they resold. Apparently the broker and the PR firm are both shorting the stock hoping to make up their lost position.

This tale got me a little confused and I thought it was to long to include in my original post... remember I had 2 pages of notes. But I still have concerns over the "shorting" of this stock. I thought you could not short BB's in the USA. You had to go "offshore" to do this. Can a broker actually open an offshore account, or are they violating the SEC laws? I still have many questions.

I really appreciate all the posts and compliments, I am just trying to do what I can. As "Bill on the Hill" said this is one great group of people, and I hope that we all stay in touch after MRPS.
