Z: Did you mean to say they bought for 40% over friendly bid, or did they buy for 10% over friendly bid? Either way, we should get more money than with this so-called friendly bid. We knew this was coming by the fact they made the offer public rather than private. They knew the board would not accept it when they made the offer. Linda
