Perhaps they do not have a contractual obligation to file for an IPO until March 2002 in their mind...However, they have led investors to believe that an IPO filing is imminent, and that has created legal exposure, due to the fact that investors would buy stock in reliance on those assertions....I believe they are seriously wrong if they think there is no obligation...I'm sure the SEC would be interested in this matter...
