I doubt it (for good reason), but who did you think would be the acquiror?" My answer is, anyone who wants a fully developed web presence and wants to do e-commerce to move their products. I could only guess at who this might be. It would have to be a product manufacturer or importer or retailer who currently does not have a web aspect to their business and deals with enough unique products to fit into the SHRP image profile. Lets see, what about someone who already has a highend niche with products that are not currently represented on the web, .....hum, how about Horchild type or some other which I have never seen but may be out there looking to jump start into this market.... What about combining Shop at Home with Sharper Image to produce a TV and online presence dealing in unique gifts and sports products... It is hard to say who it might be, but there are possibilities. The same possible merger exists with Spiegel cataloge. (SPGLA) We shall see. Barry
