(OTC BB: WAVC), a leading global provider of wireless Internet products, has completed a private placement agreement to sell up to (US)$10-million in common stock. Prudential Securities of New York, NY acted as placement agent in this offering. The placement was made to a limited number of investment funds led by RAM Capital Resources, LLC.
