Forget this 2002 nonsense.

They probably locked themselves into using one or more underwriters who have been guaranteed they will get any underwriting deal that occurs between now and 2002.

They opened themselves up to potential liability when the "several weeks" announcement came out. It would be very hard for them to back out of the IPO after that announcement without some extraordinary reasons which they could use as a defense in a lawsuit.

I know this is not fun sitting on this stupid bench, especially with the market falling down all around us. I have enough invested in this puppy to at least get a nice Lazyboy to sit on. :)

If this is your first IPO play then I can understand how you must feel. I was in the DBCC/Marketwatch IPO and it was pretty tough watching that stock. I'm much calmer on this one since I have been there before.

Stay calm, the IPO will happen.
