Claude/WCSC Participation Agreement Expires

SASKATOON, March 2 /CNW/ - Claude Resources Inc. (''Claude'') is pleased
to announce that the Participation Agreement entered into between Claude and
Western Canadian Shopping Centres Inc. in 1993 has expired.
Claude, having fulfilled its obligations under the Participation
Agreement, has obtained a release of all security which had been given by it
pursuant to the terms of the Participation Agreement.
