Yes, I do know that--I use my HMO for routine care. I was most likely bristling a bit at some of the jitters on this thread--which mainly has very detailed cogent analysis. Managed care's part of the landscape but if a drug has a lower profile of side effects--what can managed care say? It seems to me they can take a bite, but SEPR has targeted its niche brilliantly, scooped up the patents, and hasthe muscle of the big pharms--well what do I know? I'm just a journalist!
