After doing some more research it appears that the calls went at the ask, or even 1/16 above, and the puts 1/16 above the bid, 1/8 below the ask. If that's the way the transactions went down then it appears they sold the puts to buy the calls....possibly. An even riskier bet that the stock is moving up. I was thinking about selling covered calls on my long position at 5 1/8 betting for no movement between now and April expiration but I may hold off now. That's a big bet somebody made today. Usually they are made for a reason.
