None of us really understand the basis for sales commissions in the past. It is very possible that sales personnel have enjoyed a sweetheart deal because management recognized that sales would be slow for a time. If that is true, then it makes sense for Inprise to bring commissions back in line with the norm. Before we go off half cocked in criticizing Del, I think it is important for us to understand the whole picture.

I agree completely. It's nice to see someone bring some intelligence to the debate. The "Dump on Del" approach is too easy to take.

Yes, I want my shares to get back up to what I paid for them and above but knee jerk commentary doesn't serve any purpose.
