Well, Doc, how long for the other shoe....? As we have discussed off and on for the past several months, it looks like Mr. Ronning is going to spin off the Mac business and dress TSQD for an appropriate suitor. The dividend alternative was always available without disposing of the operating activity, so I do not see a dividend as a likely outcome. A strategic alliance is far more Mr. Ronning's cup of tea. Once Mac is gone, the only remaining question will be who will pay how much for a block of 3 million shares of DRIV and a seat at Mr. Ronning's interesting table? Mega Cheers, David
