SYQT is caught in a death spiral

That, in a nutshell, is its problem. They've pulled every trick in the book to keep going the past six months but the game is just about over. Unless they can show some real sales and earnings growth soon, you can kiss them goodbye. The fact that their auditors resigned last month should put the skull and crossbones on this issue as far as the average SI reader is concerned. Professional speculators and arbitrageurs only, please.
