I'm a funny person I guess...My philosophy is you usually get fair treatment in things. Not always, mind you, but most of the time. For those that saw any kind of red flags, and chose to ignore them because of hype or hope, whatever, and stayed, them let the chips fall where they may. I do not exclude myself when I say that; 1) For those that sold and moved on to make profits or losses elsewhere, that's ok. 2) For those that chose to stay, and feel they were "taken", and it can be proved they were taken, then that is another avenue to pursue; 3) For those that chose to stay, and it can be proven that things happened as management said, and consequently we suffered losses, that is also another avenue; and lastly 4) For those that stayed and actually see any kind of value thru AdHatters, Envirotech or CSMA, and it really comes to fruition, they will reap the rewards...Except I must add, after all this time, the rewards, if they do actually come about, will not add as much value as they could have if things came into fruition a lot sooner.
THERE!!! I truly think I have outlined probably at least most scenarios to include everyone...Whichever shoe fits, I guess..
Me, who has been a staunch believer, but even moreso, a person trying to find out just what the heck really happened behind the scenes, I must say, I am disappointed in all those people involved, and very much disillusioned....To date, neither side, whether it be "Butch, Mike Pickens, or Elrod and Assoc. has done any of the subsidiaries justice, nor helped the value of the stock. All I ever wanted was to see things grow....No more, no less..
And yes, I have stated that I have freely spoken with both Mike's (Pickens and Millis)...though they each have a side to state, and have willingly listened to both (yes, Mike Pickens, you know darn well I have), I see no movement from either direction to give me any kind of validity to date...At least right at this moment...And yes, I have sat down with Millis over breakfast and talked with him....That was before all things were taken behind the scenes....
Bottom line, when push comes to shove, it is my $$$ here, and I'd like to know what is going on..And I still have no answers, and can't seem to find out..And yes, I freely admit, I was one, after everyone bashing the stock, was for them closing down to the stockholders, as they were making things worse...But not for an eternity...And not spinning them off with no value, and no news, and being frozen, etc.....I was told there would be no news until there was something good to report in order to protect these companies from further abuse or bashing....Yet, I still hear much ado regarding the well, though I must admit, I have heard that people are still seeing Adhatter "smellies" in places...But I still wonder what has happened...It is one thing to not want to keep constant vigil on hundreds of phone calls and complaints...It is another thing to become totally obscure...We don't know what is happening at all....And that makes me more than just a smidge uneasy.
I do not like what happened with the "merger" with vertex or "voitex" (whatever it is..LOL)....Most of us were not mailed proxies....We all know that. but my guts are saying they know that too!!!!..I do not like that at all...I feel it means that it was deliberate, in order to keep things quiet, though I can't prove it, but it came out of nowhere!!! What do we know about this co.? We know it is on the Pink Sheets?????? Why is that? I don't know....Does anyone else?..I thought I heard our shares outstanding with CSMA is about 30-34 mil recently??? Can someone check that out maybe?? It wasn't months ago, and it sure was done quietly..What is the amount of outstanding shares in this other co., if we have that many shares and we already know that they have shares also???..And are we talking about an RS...If we have 30-34 mil, then they probably also have quite a few mil too???HINT, HINT..What kind of profits or even income are they doing...if they are already on the Pink Sheets, I would assume they didn't have enough $$$ (and I freely state I may be wrong), to file financials, or something was wrong with their financials...So, think about over probably way more than 34 millions shares outstanding, with a merger of a company that is a shell, with another one that couldn't file financials, which is very basic...WHAT DO YA GOT GUYS??? Anyone know shat kind of history this company has...In other words....What the HELL IS GOING ON!!!!THERE!!! Pickens, if you are watching, I know you liked that one...So, I guess to remain fair, that one was for you.
SUMMARY: WE KNOW NOTHING, HEAR NOTHING, HAVE NOT BEEN INVOLVED, HAVE HAD NO SAY, PROXIES WERE NOT MAILED OUT TO LOTS OF SHAREHOLDERS, AND HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED...AND WE ARE MERGING WITH A COMPANY THAT I CAN'T FIND OUT MUCH ABOUT, IS ON THE PINK SHEETS, AND LORD KNOWS THE HISTORY OF IT....BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, WE DO KNOW THE HISTORY OF CSMA..AND YES, IF ANYONE ISN'T GETTING IT...I AM VERY UNCOMFORTABLE RIGHT NOW ...AND I MAKE A STRRRRRRRRRONG ADVOCATE TO TRYING TO GET AT THE TRUTH...WHETHER GOOD OR BAD...AND WILL ALWAYS ALIGN MYSELF TO THE TRUTH,..SOOOOOOOOO.....
