Hi Keith

Other than the possibility of an artificial price cap I see no major problems.(Indeed if there is a cap it means someone wants to accumulate cheap shares in anticipation of a good payday!!)

The price may well stay down because raw cash is not very sexy. There are a few cash rich juniors out there and they too have languishing prices.

Markets buy the "sizzle-not the bacon" (i.e. Internut stocks).

An investor looking at Jordex has to know that good cash cows are hard to come by; and usually come at full value. Joint ventures and development projects; all carry inherent risks. Particularly at this stage when nothing is known about the quality, type, direction of any future ventures.

If they can find a great opportunity, (cure for cancer or whatever), they still have to demonstrate the ability to succeed financially.

When JDX announces their acquisition I will be looking hard at it and be ready to cut and run; as soon as the hype starts to die down.

It would likely take years to demonstrate to a skeptical market that they can succeed.

Later

Keith
