1.04 ATHM for each XCIT share. Still a pretty compelling discount. There was a very smart suggestion a while back on this thread (sorry, but cannot remember who posted it; but thank you never-the-less) to purchase XCIT instead of ATHM. At that time the discount was about 20%, now it is more like 10.5%; still not too bad.
