Yes, this is the same formula suggested by Mobius. I have followed Mobius for 6 months and have made some nice returns with his suggestions. Sometimes his plays are out of my league due to the option premiums and quick in and out times(I have a day job). I have also lost a few bucks, but you definitely learn some great stradegies. Generally, you will know what his "sure" plays are and you will make money. After a great day, he will sometimes offer potentially profitable plays to spend some of your profits. I broke even on one(strangle), lost on another. But if you've got the guts and the time, you can make some great returns.(This is very well documented real time) Right now, momentumtraders group is in the process of getting ICQ so that we can get buy/sell alerts real time.
