J.L., I agree! "This looks like the beginning of the good news that we have been waiting for." 1) Any shares issued to J.A.B. Int'l will be restricted and not free trading. 2) I believe their goal is increase BCMD share value as much as possible to minimize the need for a reverse split, or at least reduce the ratio. 3) I think there will be more good news to come from J.A.B. Int'l
