Wal-Mart has the same problem Barnes& Noble has. They have to feed the beast, their brick-and-mortar business. It's like a railroad going into the airline business. They can't afford to lower ticket prices to squeeze competition...plus Wal-Mart is too big not to have the DOJ in their face. Lastly, Wal-Mart isn't cool; being cool is critical.
