I'm not looking to be a bummer here, just a lurker, but didn't a news release actually say that the IPO announcement would most likely happen IN THE UPCOMING WEEKS. Sounds to me they were all but stating that it would be a while off. Or am I reading more into this? "Upcoming weeks" means 2-3 months to me. They have nothing to gain from teasing, or misleading, so why assume the IPO filing would be this month? I doubt the IPO filing will happen this month, but that doesn't mean that NAVR is a bad investment right now, on the contrary, it's a good hold, the IPO announce will happen AT SOME TIME. vb
