I don't have an informed opinion right now. I missed most of
the conference call this last earnings season, so I don't have
an integrated outlook of what is going on.

The things AFCI needs to come back are some stablity in
the pressure on margins by the TELCO's. AFCI used to not
give on price so they used to lose many RFP's.

The situation in China needs to change. The government
basically doesn't want them there and has imposed rigid
qualification standards on equipment to make it difficult
on AFCI.

The TELCO's have to start deploying ADSL more aggressively.
They will have to soon as cable is starting to take off.
