Don, Well, the "system" finally worked! OnSale sent me a RMA number today! I just wanted to let you know their customer service finally responded and got their job done. All I have to do now is ship the item back and they will issue credit for it. Though I still think a little over a month to settle such a thing is way too long to be classed as "reasonable". Jim J
