Here's some idle speculation to pass the time:

DFNL is a reporting company (maybe not in a timely fashion and the reports aren't pretty, but at least they report). I'm guessing that if they ever get around to filing for 1998, those reports will look a lot better than 1997's.

They reported that they are acquiring an Internet service provider.

They have assets, like a TV station and a film library.

Their stock is over $1. I don't know about their market cap.

Conclusion: They might be able to swing a reverse merger with a company which will give that company the ability to be publicly traded -- maybe even eligible for a NASDAQ listing.

Hence the urgency for the shorts to cover !

Any thoughts ? If these speculations pan out, we could be looking at a really situation, maybe in the $8 - $10 range.

Regards,
Chris
