Good questions. I reported the same thing in my Midas du Metropole last night. It is a very comprehensive subject.
One could go on forever and see this many ways. Ours is that, this sort of news gets the headlines in a down market and becomes important to writers on gold.
If it were exposed how short the specs are and the price starts to go up because the Asians come in to take out the specs, all this is meaningless. Gold could easily rally $100 per oz and there would be totally different commentary.
