Joe Kernan and the other guy just talking about COMS, they said that Eric says that Latin A. specifically Brazil was named as the culprit for shortfall, and the analyst says this may be a early warning sign for earnings warnings in other techs due to Brazil. Also, Joe K. does not understand the downgrades today, says if they liked COMS at 40, why downgrade at 25?
