Navarre Unit NetRadio Files $37.4M Of Common Stock For IPO Jump to first matched term (NewsTraders.com)-- NetRadio Corp., currently a majority-owned subsidiary of Navarre Corp. (NAVR), is seeking to sell up to $37.4 million of common stock in an initial public offering, according to a Form S-1 filed this morning with the SEC.
Based in Minneapolis, Minn., NetRadio believes itself to be a leading network broadcaster of original audio content programming on the Web.
The company says it broadcasts more than 120 channels of music, news, sports and entertainment information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The specifics of the offering, anticipated for weeks, were not provided in the preliminary filing.
Net proceeds, which also were not estimated, will be used for working capital and other corporate purposes, including advertising and capital expenditures.
Upon completion of the offering, Navarre and ValueVision International (VVTV) will continue to control a majority of NetRadio's common stock, but such amount was not stated in the filing.
