If God exists, it is credible that he would reveal His will in some manner. The historic Christian church has always believed that God reveals himself in Scripture ( of course ) but also in his creation. Neither is superior to the other as a source of knowledge about God's nature. If the two seem to disagree on a a certain point, it is because one or the other is being misinterpreted. That's why the Church took the Galileo controversy so seriously.
