Digital Video Display Technology Corp.'s Common Stock Now Trading Under
Symbol DVDT

LAS VEGAS (March 3) BUSINESS WIRE -March 3, 1999--Digital Video Display
Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: DVDT) announced today that its
common stock is now trading over-the-counter. The company expects to

Digital Video Display Technology Corp. ("DVD") was formed to take
advantage of the convergence that exists between technology and the

replace the out of date electro-mechanical jukeboxes with patented
state of the art computerized interactive eCommerce platforms that
offer the latest music and videos. The Company intends, through its
installed base, to become the largest custom content provider of

nightclubs and hotels.

The company has acquired an exclusive license to a US patent and is in
the process of acquiring other technology that it believes will create
a strategic advantage over its competitors through its growing
portfolio of patents, patent disclosures, trade secrets, and exclusive

The unique characteristics of this company will enable it to
successfully provide interactive multimedia solutions to its customers
and targeted marketing and merchandising strategies to entertainment

greater selection of entertainment and a more cost effective method of
delivering new content at a retail price point below the industry norm.
