LAS VEGAS (March 3) BUSINESS WIRE -March 3, 1999--Digital Video Display Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: DVDT) announced today that its common stock is now trading over-the-counter. The company expects to meet the requirements of, and apply for listing on, NASDAQ's Small Cap Market this year.
Digital Video Display Technology Corp. ("DVD") was formed to take advantage of the convergence that exists between technology and the selling of music and related materials. DVD will seek to aggressively replace the out of date electro-mechanical jukeboxes with patented state of the art computerized interactive eCommerce platforms that offer the latest music and videos.
