Robert,
Got a real quick reply for you. I left a voice mail at 8:25 a.m. and Joe Murphy already returned my call as soon as he got in the office.
Basically, we will have access to that cash from Wavetech but have no plans to use it presently. He wanted me to let everyone know that we are now working (as of yesterday) as a team with Wavetech. Personnel are already being reorganized and assigned. He could not elaborate at this point but did tell me that this will enable DCI-Wavetech to jump-start things in regards to several things we will hear about in the short-term.
Also, some great news. Financiers have re-submitted proposals to DCI and Joe told me that one of them has pretty much been chosen. Management and DCI lawyers have narrowed it down to two sentences of wording. It seems we are as close as we have ever been to finalizing this first round of financing for deployment of our switches.
For the next round of financing we will be able to use Wavetech as a conduit for our financing which makes it much easier for us to obtain given their NASDAQ listing.
Also, Joe reiterated to me that the Series F convertibles will never come to market.
Lastly, all 29 questions that the SEC asked DCI to reply to will be into the SEC by the end of next week.
Hope this helps. I believe we're in for a bunch of exciting news in the near future.
