Pleezze, SHRP is not making money on the internet. The website and auction are losing money. See the prospectus filed on Edgar last week. As far as an acquirer buying SHRP for its developed web presence, no way. You can buy the software from Microsoft to do this and don't need to buy a bricks and mortar and catalogue retailer to get a website. Look at Egghead. They are losing money now and have disclosed in their current prospectus they will lose money for the next several years. So will SHRP and when the next consumer spending retrenchment hits SHRP's sales of their non-necessity gimmick gadgets (total product line - see line of ionizer de-stinker products) will plunge. Watch the February same store sales both year over year and sequential and see if they break out the on-line sales. Dicky is a liar by omission and only puffs the positive. This stock is headed back to the basement so don't you fall down the stairs.
