I have heard ... don't know for perfectly sure ... that the first deal died when CCIR learned of some environmental problems. In the PCB biz lots of CU chemical compounds are used. These are deadly poisons and can contaminate water and earth like the earth under factories. It can cost millions ... maybe billions to clean up an old site. Anyway, that's the story I got. The second deal which I believe was with ELEX supposedly got killed because SIGA was too highly leveraged. I don't believe this 100% because everyone can see that SIGA has a crummy balance sheet ... mnust be more to it. OK now you know what I know. Comments?
