PNTH: Pantheon, a lesson to be learned!
This is for information purposes only. I have been a holder of PNTH since 1995 (after their last reverse split) and to seeing it come back to life was a miracle. Back in 1995, I requested the certs from my broker because of a problem at their brokerage house. The certs were clean with no restrictions and with a transfer agent stamp. Well in this recent run up I sold the shares. I then over-nighted the certificates to my broker for transfer. Well to make a long story short, the company has no address on record. The transfer agent on my certs stopped transferring back in 1997 and has no new information on the company or who their present agent is. The president listed on the cert resigned and does not know where the company is. Not even the state of incorporation knows where Pantheon is. So my broker told me that my shares were “Not Deliverable” and thusly cancelled the trade. They could not even consider this sale a short sale considering the present price of the shares.
Now those of you who traded the stock in “street name” had no problem. Only those who held the certificates were penalized.

Hope this helps someone!
Larry--still have my certs:-)
