Quick Tent Inc. Reports Strong Interest in Patented 2-Man
10-Second Tent at Two Major Trade Shows

SALT LAKE CITY, March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Quick Tent Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: QTNT - news), announced today that the company's
patented 2-man 10-second recreational camping tent received very strong interest at two major trade shows. Quick Tent recently exhibited at the
Outdoor Retailer Winter Market and the Super Show '99.

The Outdoor Retailer Winter Market, sponsored by Outdoor Retailer Magazine, took place January 31-February 3, 1999 in Salt Lake City. The
Winter Market is a popular attraction where over 2,000 companies exhibit the latest in outdoor sporting equipment and apparel. In total,
approximately 15,000 people attended the Winter Market.

The Super Show '99, sponsored by the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association, was held from February 11-15, 1999, in Atlanta.
Approximately 100,000 people, including 70,000 buyers from over 120 countries, participated in the Super Show, which is recognized as the
number one sporting goods- related trade show.

''We are very satisfied from our participation at two major trade shows,'' said David L. Taylor, president and chief executive officer of Quick
Tent. ''The overall interest level at both of the shows exceeded our expectations. In addition to taking immediate orders for approximately 1,000
tents, we were able to forge important relationships with industry professionals from a variety of different organizations, including large
distributors, retail chains, specialty stores, internet retailers, home shopping clubs and sales representatives. We also received a great deal of
interest from both electronic and print media.

''The interest generated at the trade shows validates our opinion that there is a definite need for a high-quality recreational camping tent that
can be assembled and disassembled in just seconds,'' added Taylor. ''In addition to the recreational camper, we believe that tens of thousands
of our tents can and will be used by Boy Scouts and the military.''

''Our goals are quite simple,'' explained Taylor. ''We want to sell 50,000 tents nationwide in 1999. From that point, we hope to expand our
worldwide market share to four percent within the next four years, ultimately capturing at least 10 percent of the market, or 1.5 million tents
worldwide per year. We also want to set new standards in the tent industry by producing tents that will be rated the best in durability, reliability,
convenience, ease-of-use, and marketability. Our long-term plan is to be the leading tent manufacturer in the world. With the interest we have
received thus far, we are well on our way.''

The Company's initial product, ''Quick TentO'', is a patented two-person tent designed to be set up in just ten seconds, as opposed to other,
more- expensive tents that may require ten to twenty minutes or more to assemble and set up. Additionally, ''Quick Tent(TM)'' can be taken
down, folded and put away in only one minute. The Company believes that its light-weight, user-friendly tent will compete successfully in its
initial targeted segment: the 15 million ''small'' tents sold annually in the United States.
