Gary, My source told me that there was nothing wrong fundy-wise with MADGF, except that the Teleos acquisition would take a couple of quarters before becoming accretive. And we all know how visionary Wall St and the momentum fund managers are. I think Madge will pick up BIG TIME toward the end of the year, if not sooner, as its eps visibility steadily improves. By then most investors will realize its fundamental virtue as well as its potential as a take-over candidate (by CSCO or other big network equipment player). IMO, network equipment companies (including those providing remote access solutions) are the best and safetiest plays; CSCO's outstanding earnings substantiated that to a great extent, and high tide will lift all boats! "P"
