I'm going to go out on a limb here, based on absolutely no data. My hunch is that the target user population for ED drugs is predominantly over 50 and married. Thus, while I agree that we live in dangerous times, I don't think sex for these users is typically dangerous or likely to produce babies. Thus, they would not otherwise be condom-users.
