I believe it is reasonable to short CYOE based on:
* the stock's high valuation
* the low quality of management and customers
* the unlikely business plan of an equipment vendor consolidating its long distance reseller customers
* the lack of any competitive advantages in a cut-throat business
* the co.'s liquidity problems.

However, I do not believe that anyone with experience in delisting plays would short this stock based on an expectation that the stock will stop trading in the near future.
