We are all expecting both to happen , acquisition & USA listing-BUT with current mkt conditions, and with the PR drive that BCE wants to put into Emergis, it looks like we will have to wait a while. What I implied to in a previous post is that on the Checkfree thread a lot of chatter on Transpoint being way behind Checkfree technology wise and also the recent flood of sign ups (nevada power,banks ,phone companies etc) really suggest that such may be the case. Is anybody close to the test Pilot project have any imput? This Am Intuit, a 20 % shareholder in Checkfree sued Checkfree cause of their intent of signing with a Portal (Yahoo?) Ckfr is down $5.oo interesting development! My point again lots happening at ckfr, would like to see more developments in Emergis. Will have wait I guess? any Info?
